The Intracontext team is built of qualified and experienced translators with a postgraduate degree who deliver the highest quality service. All Polish translations are managed and delivered by our director Zofia Jackson. Where appropriate, projects are subcontracted to other qualified translators specialising in the specific subject matter, before being peer-reviewed.

We are committed to the social development of the regions in which we operate.

At Intracontext, we provide free assistance to non-English speakers in contacting aid organisations in Northern Ireland. We assist in notifying the relevant services and prepare translations of accompanying information. This help is needed by the most vulnerable who do not know English well enough to make the first step in getting help.

The project is led by Zofia Jackson, who also holds a qualification in Generalist Advice issued by the Open College Network Northern Ireland (OCN NI). She has gained relevant experience by volunteering with Citizens Advice.
